“(2) We always thank God for all of you and pray for you constantly. (3) As we pray to our God and Father about you, we think of your faithful work, your loving deeds, and the enduring hope you have because of our Lord Jesus Christ” (I Thessalonians 1:2,3 NLT).
For the past few months, I have preached in several churches a message the Lord gave me at the beginning of the year, especially for LifePoint Ministries IPHC churches. It is where the Apostle Paul writes to the church at Thessalonica and tells them that when I pray for you, I think of your faithful works, your loving deeds, and the enduring hope you have because of our Lord Jesus Christ.
When I pray for you, I am also reminded of these qualities, works of faith, labors of love, and enduring hope, about you. I feel as if we have some of the greatest men and women serving in LifePoint Ministries. Thank you for your faithfulness to serve!
We are hearing of great reports of God’s blessings throughout LifePoint Ministries churches and ministries. We rejoice with you of the salvation experiences and first-time visitors on Resurrection Sunday. Several of you experienced a repeat of visitors on the Sunday after, for your first-time guest meal. Others of you are very creative in working to make sure your guests are feeling welcomed back the second and third time they visit your church.
We continue to pray God’s blessings for you, as you disciple those that made a recent commitment to Christ, or recently have become a part of your church family. LifePoint Ministries consist of 154 credentialed ministers that live and minister throughout 11 different US states and 3 other countries. LifePoint Ministries churches are in 29 of the 159 counties, some counties have several LPM churches, in Georgia, and one in Tennessee. The fields are white and ready for harvest! I am praying for more workers in the field.
We are also doing more than praying for workers. In the Fall of this year, we will begin an online discussion group for those that may be sensing a call into the ministry. If you know of anyone that may feel a call into the ministry, and would like to know more, please ask them to reach out to me. We always enjoy reading the monthly reports of how God is using you to make a difference in the lives of others. Thank you for sharing testimonies of God’s greatness with us. I look forward to seeing you at the Kingdom Life “Engage” Conference in June. You are loved and appreciated!
