“‘lt’s not important who does the planting and who does the watering. What’s important is that God makes the seed grow.” – 1 Corinthians 3:7
We were blessed recently to see many of you at the 2022 Kingdom Life Conference in Franklin Springs, Georgia. There are several testimonies of transformational moments that took place at the conference, including young adults that received the baptism of the Holy Spirit while attending the conference. My heart rejoices of the spiritual breakthrough we experienced at the Engage Conference.
LifePoint Ministries churches are continuing to experience breakthroughs in their local church. Several pastors have reported to me salvation experiences that they felt were related to the worship services and the prayer times provided at the Engage Conference. I am thankful for God’s blessings and the lingering effects of the 2022 Kingdom Life Engage Conference. Thank you for your prayers and participation in this year’s Conference!
Since we have welcomed several new ministry families to the conference over the past couple of years, there were many new friendships built this year. Other friendships were strengthened as we worship, prayed, and fellowshipped together It was great to see different ones sitting around the tables in the cafeteria, in the fellowship hall, and at the park engaging in conversation and building friendships. We are definitely better together!
Saturday morning, during my “Jonathan and David” message, I asked everyone to write their name on the back of a piece of a puzzle. All pieces of the puzzle piece were on the altar of the sanctuary. At the conclusion the of service, I asked everyone to pick up a different piece of the puzzle. Many committed to pray for the name of the person on the back of their puzzle, building a collaboration of people praying one for another in LifePoint Ministries.
Also, those in attendance on Saturday morning were asked to write on a different piece of the puzzle a county where they would like to see a church plant. There were 51 different counties written down. I believe this is a declaration that LifePoint Ministries is ready to move forward in reaching communities in Georgia by planting churches. The Apostle Paul made it clear in I Corinthians 3 that some plant, others water, and God gives the increase. I Corinthians 3:8a NKJV states, “Now he who plants and he who waters are one … “. I am glad we are in this together!
2022 Kingdom Life Engage Conference is in the history books of LifePoint Ministries, but the experiences will live for years to come. Many have told me that this was the best Kingdom Life Conference that they have attended. We give God praise for all that He did at this year’s Engage experience!
