In relationship with the IPHC, LifePoint Ministries is able to offer several opportunities that provide leadership coaching and financial health mentoring for pastors and churches. The IPHC is pleased to participate with the National Association of Evangelicals and the Lilly Endowment Fund to enable these new programs through a matching grant.
Thriving Through Seasons In Ministry
This is a service offered, by invitation only, to IPHC ministers that provides spiritual guidance and mentoring relationships. It is a three-year commitment that involves weekend retreats, as well as having a designated mentor for everyone who is a part of this program. LifePoint Ministries currently has several ministers participating in this program.
Financial Health for All & Financial Help for Some
Financial Health for All provides several tools and classes for personal and church finances. Financial Help for Some is for senior pastors who apply and qualify. Grants will be awarded to assist with medical issues and student loans for IPHC pastors.
